How do I know when my order has shipped/will be shipped?
Lead time for pieces are 7-10 weeks. Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a fulfillment email that includes shipping information. If it is past 10 weeks, feel free to contact us for an update.
 
I chose Will Call, how do I know when my item(s) are ready for pickup?
All customers will receive a fulfillment email. When you receive that fulfillment email, there are instructions for Will Call customers to email Katie and schedule a pickup time at the San Francisco shop.

 

Can I return my order?
Returns are handled case-by-case as pieces are made custom. If you would like to return, please contact us within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee. 

 

Do I need to bring anything to pick up my Will Call order?
Have your invoice (mobile or physical) available for verification.

 

Can I come to the SF shop and buy something in person?
Unfortunately, no. All orders are made-to-order and stock is not available in store for purchase. Katie frequently has shows at locations in the Bay Area where pieces are available to purchase. See upcoming shows HERE.
